In the event the competition would need to be cancelled due to COVID-19, all entry fees will be refunded (less the cost of the leotard) .

Athletes, Coaches, & Spectator COVID-19 Guidelines
- The safety of all gymnasts, coaches, judges, spectators, and volunteers is especially important to Granite State Gymnastics. We are implementing the following COVID-19 precautions and policies with that goal in mind. These guidelines will be fluid during the pre-meet planning process as national and local guidelines change. We will communicate any updates as they occur to participating gym.
- Only one spectator per gymnast.
- Tickets will ONLY be sold in advance. To purchase tickets, use this link: https://myevent.com/Friendshipclassic . There will NO tickets for sale at the meet.
- All athletes, coaches, and spectators will be screened AND temperature checked upon arrival at our facility. Please direct your parents NOT to bring their child if they are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 including fever, respiratory illness (including runny nose and/or congestion), cough, aches, loss of taste or smell OR have travelled outside of NH in the last 10 days.
- All spectators, coaches and event staff will be required to wear masks at all times. Athletes will be required to wear masks at all times except when actively warming-up/competing on an event.
- Outside of the competition area, spectators will be expected to social distance
- Within the competition, we will social distance by team. This will be discussed more in detail at the coaches meeting on Sunday 1/31.
- All viewing areas will be disinfected between sessions.
- All equipment will be disinfected between each rotation.

- An Awards ceremony will be held at the conclusion of each session. We will only be calling out all-around awards. All individual event medal winners will be mailed to your gym.
- Hand Sanitizer will be available at admissions as well as throughout the competition floor.
- Each gymnast should come prepared with their own bag of chalk, spray bottle and grip brush. We will not have chalk buckets out on the competition floor.
- Signage will be posted at each entrance area posting that entry will be prohibited for:
- Individuals that have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and remain infectious according to CDC guidelines.
- Individuals that have symptoms of COVID-19 (including fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste of smell) or has had the symptoms within 72 hours of competition.
- Has otherwise been sick, or in the past 14 days has been in close contact with an individual who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
- Signage will be posted throughout the venue promoting 6-foot social distancing.
- Equipment will be cleaned between rotations per Speith cleaning recommendations.
- Only bottled water will be offered to coaches and judges on the competition floor. Athletes should bring their own water bottles.
- Extra time between sessions will be scheduled to allow for deeper cleaning of the competition area.
- Athletes from the same gym will be co-horted into rotations as able.
- Equipment on the gym floor will be arranged so that travel by spectators can be kept to a minimum.
