Entry Deadline is December 1 (or sooner if meet fills up in advance)

Refunds: There are no refunds for scratches or changes after the registration deadline of December 1st. Refund checks will be mailed to the club as issued on the registration.

Level Changes: All changes submitted after the registration deadline are subject to availability.
